Program Details
The after school program shows students that volleyball is a fun and active sport. Students will find the routine of 'practice' fun and memorable. As students make there way down to the checking tent they with hear fun music that will get them excited to volleyball club. As students arrive the will begin to lets a simple dynamic warm up to create an warmup routine.
After their warm up, players will group up by age and skill and begin there cycle through the 6 drills. Each drill is ran for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, players can grab water and move into the next drill. The 6 drills will cycle through giving plays to work on they volleyball fundamentals. The 6 drills are as followed:

Ball Control Station
Each drill has its own variance and challenges as players progress with their skill and get older. We find that continueing to challenge the student keeps them engaged and striving for more.
